Design for renovation, addition and restoration of an 1890 five story Cigar Factory.  The development of this mixed use property required the addition and restoration of the original top two floors along with the renovation of the intermediate floors to create 12 loft condominium residences and a common use roof garden with pergola.  A restaurant is located on the first floor and lower level commercial condominium space.
