Design for new construction of a three story residential building with 9 condominium units atop an existing Brazilian Cultural Center.  The design intent incorporates the contemporary flair and natural motifs of the owners native Brazilian home.  Some features will include open space layouts with bamboo flooring, large windows, sleek modern kitchens and balconies.  The building will also have an automated parking system below the existing cultural center.
