Design for new construction of a 44 unit residential townhouse community.  The design intent is to provide a lakeside residential community that maintains the natural surroundings while capturing the views to the lake and the woods.  The architectural style provides five-unit buildings that have their unit individuality as well as building community while not compromising the look and character of the Georgian style.
